The Artist Collabrative established a website
developed by and for Dallas area and regional artists and their supporters.
TAC works to bring together gifted
people who make the Dallas regional art scene a success, and to support
and promote local arts efforts. This site is a terrific example of how grassroots arts communities strengthen through combining efforts.

TAC works to bring together gifted
people who make the Dallas regional art scene a success, and to support
and promote local arts efforts. This site is a terrific example of how grassroots arts communities strengthen through combining efforts.
Their mission is to provide support for artists with current information
for exhibit opportunities through galleries, non-profit organizations and
art centers, to help promote work of artists collectively, and to provide an
online venue for individual artists to present their work to the public.
Resources include a calendar of current exhibits, links for visual arts
grants, financial aid, legal support and accounting services, and a variety
of venues including art centers, galleries, and alternative exhibit
opportunities.
For a modest fee to offset internet charges and promotion, TAC provides
individual artist pages with examples of artwork, an artist profile page,
email, and link to artists web site. TAC can also provide help for artists
wanting to create their own web sites. TAC feels their strength is the
integration of established with emerging artists, creating a diverse and
exciting venue.
