"The First Edinburgh International Internet Festival"
1999-08-01 until 1999-08-31
Gallery Opus
Edinburgh, , UK United Kingdom

Deadline for entry extended to August 17th 1999, Participation is free. The concept of the Edinburgh International Festival is to bring together the GlobalCommunity in a celebration of each others Art & Culture. Each year we are visited by performers from across the entire world. As our Gallery is based in Edinburgh and will act as an anchor for websites across the world, we feel that those who participate via the net have as important a part to play as those who appear in person (or in the case of the Film Festival..on screen!) Paul Steele, Founder, The Edinburgh Celtica Gallery

The Edinburgh Celtica Gallery Edinburgh, Scotland, is launching the First Edinburgh International Internet Festival (1-30th August 1999 ) via links from their website Gallery and would like qualified, interested individuals to take part. If you are a gallery, artist or performer and are interested in participating in the Festival, the deadline for entry has been extended to August 17th 1999. We have chosen this date for closing entries as this will still allow late-comers two full weeks of participation.
