The objectives of this symposium are focused on the study of the relationships between urban development strategies, urban regeneration policies and public art. Key- speakers will go in depth on some of these topics and communications on them are welcome. As far as possible interdisciplinary works will be presented. This is a university conference on the topic of Public Art. Its organisation is ruled by the habitual norms for this type of events. Since the objective of the symposium is the knowledge production that will be captured in a book, the funds of the organisation go dedicated to cover the most imperious logistical needs and the edition costs.
