"Sixth International Conference of Gaudinist Studies"
1999-11-12 until 1999-11-14
Centre of Gaudinist Studies
Barcelona, ,
ES Spain
There has been much talk about Gaudí and Jujol, very often including
conflicting ideas and all too frequently displaying a marked lack of
knowledge of both artists.
Jujol worked with Gaudí;
Gaudí trusted Jujol.
How far did the work of one go, and where did the work of the other
beginNULL
This year's conference aims to focus on Jujol as an architect of colour
and iron.
We remember Josep Maria Jujol (1879-1949) to mark the fiftieth
anniversary of his death.
