Indepth Arts News: "Call For Submissions: Video-Net-Festival 99" 1999-08-06 until 0000-00-00 vitaminb. and ART-on Berlin, , DE Germany
vitaminb. and ART- on are organizing a video and film festival in the internet.
Anyone interested is encouraged to send us their video and film submissions.
We are looking for contributions of artistically innovative quality; technical finesse is of less importance.
A jury, whose members will be announced shortly, will name the final festival participants. Hard and software
prizes will be awarded.
The festival will open with a public presentation in Berlin in November, 1999. The festival contributions will be
shown in the internet.
Please send in your submissions by October 21, 1999 as e-mail to video@vitaminb.net.
The submission should be 500 KB, however not larger than 1.4 MB.
Only digital, internet standard material in the program formats Quicktime, Schockwave, Realmedia (streaming
video) and Java, Perl, etc., can be considered.
You will find information about data formats and tools at www.apple.com, www.macromedia.com and
www.real.com.
