"Winslow Homer Exhibition"

Reynolda House is pleased to announce a fall special exhibition of early works by the late nineteenth century American artist Winslow Homer. The exhibition, Winslow Homer: Early Prints and Paintings will explore the some the artist's early illustration work as well as some early paintings seeking to reveal the cross influence from one artistic medium to the other, as well as contemporary influences.

All the prints on loan for the exhibit are from the collections of the Duke University Museum of Art. Paintings will be on loan from a private collector, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and other art museums.
