To honor its first quarter century, The Clay Studio is presenting The Art of Pouring, a major exhibition/auction showcasing original works by over 200 artists. The exhibition will include works representing the full spectrum of pouring; pitchers, teapots, ewers, water jars, etc., and we are welcoming creative interpretations of the theme. Many artists are creating a piece especially for this event. Betty Woodman, Kurt Weiser, Toshiko Takaezu, Akio Takamori, Robert Brady, Paul Soldner and Philadelphia's Jill Bonovitz are among the participating artists. The Art of Pouring is the centerpiece of The Clay Studio's 25th Anniversary Celebration to be held the weekend of November 12-14.Image: Nancy Carman Y2K Teapot
