Doug Ischar prods viewers to re-think how they look at their surroundings by presenting a unique viewwpoint. IN one work, Seam, the viewer 'looks' through a video camera that has been placed in a shirt pocket. The camera projects a dimiutive. almost surreal white landscape on the opposite wall.
