"From Kandinsky till Corneille, Linoleum in art during the 20th century."

The exhibition in the Cobra Museum gives a unique insight into the history of the linoleum print, a modern graphic technique practised by artists throughout the wordld in the twentieth century. The exhibition contains around 150 linoleum prints by artist from many countries, including Kandinsky, Kirchner, Picasso, Matisse, Baselitz and Paladino. Work by Dutch artists like M.C. Escher, César Domela, Jeanne Oosting, Corneille, Klaas Gubbels and Mark Brusse is also on show. The exhibition is accompanied by a full colour cataloque.
