The International Art Contest for 1999 has closed and the votes
have been tallied. The International Art Contest has enjoyed its second year and has become a major event with
many more artists participating from all parts of the world. It is divided into 4 categories,
Realism, Modern, Mixed and Digital, each as a separate walkthrough in which the viewers
