Beginning in the late 1960's, a number of artists began to experiment with the moving image as a means to explore and expand Conceptual art practices. Highlighting video and projected-image media from the 60's to the late 80's, HIGH MINDED includes work by such artists as Peter Campus, Howard Fried, Doug Hall, Joan Jonas, Jim Melchert and Steina Vasulka.
