A Call for Entry to the Strathmore Illustration Contest
Entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2000
Strathmore Artist Papers is offering $10,000 in cash awards for entries to their
Illustration Contest. In honor of artists of the new millennium, this year's
contest has been expanded into three categories: Full-time Student,
Nonprofessional Artist and Digital Art. The subject of the illustration is open
to the entrant's discretion and can be created using any medium. Only original
work will be accepted, no stock photographs or copyrighted images may be used or
duplicated. All work must be created on Strathmore paper. There is no entry

Prizes for each category are: First Place winner will receive $2,000.00. The
school of the student first place winner will receive a $1,000.00 art
scholarship award. Second Place will receive $750.00. Third Place will
received $250.00
