Koncz Art Gallery of Hungary and MalÈv - Hungarian Airlines is pleased to present an exhibit of fine art by Hungarian-American Expressionist, Laszlo Tar. Laszlo Tar is a formally trained artist who has worked at his trade for over 70 years. He was a student of Hungarian Master Istvan Szonyi, Italian Master Giorgio Morandi and America's Raphael Soyer and has amassed an impressive collection of Oils, Watercolors, India Ink Drawings and Oil Pastels that represent an unceasing love of creation and human existence. Much of his work involves unique views of life in New York City, where he has lived for more than 40 years

This exhibit will feature over 50 select pieces of original work created between 1940 and 2000.

The event is sponsored by the Hungarian American Cultural Association.
