Indepth Arts News: "CALL FOR ENTRIES" 0000-00-00 until 0000-00-00 Victorian Pyrography Expo, Australia Victoria, , AU Australia
Professional and experienced Pyrographic Artists, are cordially invited to LOAN 2 ONLY exhibition standard Pyroworks, burnt on paper, wood, or leather, for display and generation of commission requests, in our inaugural Expo on March 26 Y2k in regional West Gippsland.
Exhibits will be displayed in the well known local Court House Gallery, in Warragul, a casual hours drive East from the heart of Melbourne. A separate activities venue, the Education Centre Gippsland, 2 minutes walk from the Gallery, will host a range of 'hands-on' instructions for visitors, and talks with specialist demonstrations,by Australian Pyrographers in attendance.
An on line catalogue of Expo items already displays received / confirmed Pyroworks from 3 states of Australia, the USA, & China to date, with other continents expressing interest. It is envisaged loaned items will hang in the proposed PyroBANK Gallery at Yarragon, shortly after the Expo.
