Daniel Varoujan Hejinian, has made Boston his home, since emigrating here from Soviet Armenia in 1979. Armenian Library & Museum of America is pleased to offer for purchase 100 works of original art and hand embellished limited editions, reflecting 50 colorful years of creativity. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of paintings will benefit The Shriners Hospital for Children, Boston, MA

His distinctive style has won him recognition in the art world. He has been featured in Arts Around Boston, Artist's Magazine, and The Improper Bostonian, as well as newspapers and other periodicals.

Over the years he has generously contributed paintings and participated in fund-raising events to support such charities as: Race for the Cure for Breast Cancer Research, support for hurricane victims in Florida, the Red Cross, Friendship Without Borders, Young at Arts at the Wang Center for the Performing Arts, The Bob and Ann Woolf Charitable Foundation, Stop Handgun Violence. and others.

Sensitive to the needs of others, Varoujan reflects on our lives and fills the next moments with greater hope. He brings to us works of art that encourage us to see beauty and share his hopes for world peace and understanding.
