PHILIP TSANG mounted very well received art exhibitions at Vancouver
Oakridge Center in October, 1999 and the art reproductions exhibition at
Willowbrook Center, Langley, BC. Canada in March, 2000 which displayed his
realistic floral, wildlife, landscape and portrait oils to the public.
At an early age, PHILIP P.C. TSANG received many awards in various
painting competitions and these paintings were displayed at the City Hall
and museums in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He was invited to be the Chief
Judge for an art competition in Hong Kong Youth Community Centre; and
he also was invited to be an art and design teacher at the Hong Kong
Institute of Science and Technology in the 70's.
Beside, he is a well-known artist and interior designer for commercial
premises in Hong Kong. He successfully designed interior projects for
many international corporations in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific regional
offices.
After he moved to Canada, he decided to pursue his art career in
Vancouver where he receives inspiration from the beautiful and quiet
environment.
Through his wide range of oil paintings, he can touch people by the
strong expression in his picture composition, light and colour
arrangement, and artistic insight.
In addition, he is planning to have more new coming art exhibitions in
North America and Far East Asia in the near future. It will be a valuable
opportunity for art lovers to collect his original oil paintings and
reproductions.
Today, his work hangs in numerous private and public colletions
worldwide.
