"SOUTHWORKS 2001: Call for Artists"

The Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation, is seeking
visual artists who are residence of the USA.
Eligible entries include all media.
All artwork must be original and produced within
the last three years and not previously exhibited in
a prior Southworks Juried Art Exhibition.
The sixth annual Southworks Juried Art Exhibition is
a national juried competition open to all artists
living in the United States. The exhibit is sponsored
by the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation (OCAF) and will
be displayed in the main gallery of the historic
1902 OCAF Art Center, located in Watkinsville, GA.
The Juror will be Peter Baldaia, Chief Curator
of the Huntsville Museum of Art, Huntsville, Alabama.
The exhibition will open on May 5th with a gala reception
and will close on June 15, 2001. More than $10,000 in Merit and
Purchase Awards will be made to selected artists.
