An exhibition of scenes of family life dating from the 16th to the 20th
century. There are popular masterpieces from the National Gallery's
collection by Hals, Hogarth, Gainsborough, Stubbs and Degas plus
loans from the Tate Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery.
Also on
display is work on the theme of the family today by Bristol school
children and young people.
