From the 5th September to the 15th november 2001, an antohological
exhibition, dedicated to Massimo Campigli (1895 - 1971), will be show in the
rooms of the Mona Bismarck Foundation in Paris.
The exhibition which has Pierre Schneider as its curator, is promoted by the
Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Italian Cultural Institute and
Mona Bismarck Foundation.
This exhibition proposes a significant retrospective of the italian artisi
whose importance is recognized worlwide.
Their are 37 works executed between 1922 and 1969.
The selected paintings come from important private collections, from the
Musée National dArt Moderne of Paris, and from Musée dArt Moderne de la
Ville de Paris.
