"Corpus: A Group Exhibition Revolving Around the Body"

CORPUS, a group exhibition revolving around the body, will be on show in
the Gallery of the Arts Association of Bellville. The artists have carte blanche as far as interpretation is concerned, as
long as the work is new, the approach is fresh and that the body or
parts thereof is contained in the work.
We would like to show the current state of the body as art
object, whether the nature of that body is sociopolitical or
psychosexual, said Theo Kleynhans, chairman of the committee.
The Gallery is situated inside the Library Centre, Carel van Aswegen
Street. Gallery hours are from 9:00-20:00, Mon-Fri & 9:00-17:00, Sat.
