"IDEA 2001"
2001-11-26 until 2001-12-08
Association of Photographers Gallery
London, , UK United Kingdom

The International Digital Exhibition & Awards are a very different exhibition and awards organised to recognise the skills of digital photographic creators. Now in its 2nd year, IDEA celebrates and promotes the coming of age of digital photography, image manipulation and interactive work, in the new millennium. No longer future technology, these skills are in daily use, expanding the boundaries of visual communications.

Entries are judged by a panel of leading digital creators, agency professionals, photographers and designers working in the digital realm. The selected images and category winners are reproduced in a full colour catalogue available from The Association of Photographers.

There are categories for Digital Capture, Manipulation by Photographer, System Operator/Bureaux Manipulation and CD Portfolio. Entry is open to any professional active in these fields and membership of the Association of Photographers is not necessary. See the Call for Entries for further details.
