"Fifteenth International Triennial of Drawing Opens Today"

125 selected Croatian and international artists along with 45 invited artists make up this exhibition of over 350 works.
The jurors for the competition were Guenther Schuster-Holler (Graz, Austria), Claude Schweisguth (Paris, France), Jesa Denegri (Beograd, Yugoslavia), Misko Suvakovic (Beograd, Yugoslavia), Zoran Petrovski (Skopje, Macedonia) , and Laura Turco Liveri (Rome, Italy).
An additional three collateral exhibitions with drawing themes will be held at Mali Salon Gallery simulaneously with the Triennel:
25 November 2001-2 February 2002: Drawing agains Method, curators: Branko Cerovac, Sabina Salamon (international drawings, performances and computer animations)
29 January-19 February 2002: Space and Walls, curator: Branko Franceschi
4-25 January 2002: Chaos-Art, invited artists: Boris Demur, Zeljko Jerman
Until the end of February, various artistic events which address the complexity and represent a concise understanding of the question: Where and how drawing is created as a contemporary art practice - Scheduled events include performances, tattoo drawings and body art references, and presentations of digital, documentary and video films.
