Arts Center of the Capital Region
Troy, NY, USA United States of America

A wide-ranging exhibit that brings together cutting-edge contemporary art and the industrial heritage of New York State’s Capital Region in a conceptual Call-and-Response based on the premise that both art and industry involve invention and problem-solving as a means of getting from initial idea to final product. Participating artists include: Elizabeth Dove, Jan Galligan, Andrew Boardman, Susie and Betsy Brandt, Carl Scholz, Bill Schuck, Kathleen Brandt, Brian St.Cyr, Jeff Hatfield, Mark Dion, Lisa Austin, Richard Criddle, Roger Bisbing, Morgan Puett, and Robin Arnold. Participating industries include Arcadia Supply, Aquatic Development Group, Empire Exhibits and Displays, Lighting Research Center, Marvin-Neitzel Corporation and the Watervliet Arsenal.
