This large pharmaceutical company and international exhibit company request slides from artists that suffer from migraine headaches. Clinicians who have migraines are also invited to submit. All visual art mediums will be considered from 2-dimensional to 3-dimensional and new media (no performance art). Slides will be reviewed by experienced art consultants and 6-12 artists will be selected for commissioned works that illustrate the artists’ migraine experience.

Selected artists will be notified by February 11, 2002. Final artwork will need to be completed by the end of March 2002.
Artwork will be used in an exhibit booth on an international tour. Artwork may also be used in patient brochures, calendars and other promotional materials. All commissioned artwork will become the property of the pharmaceutical company, with all rights being transferred to that company. Each selected artist will receive a contract outlining those details. The commission amount will be $10,000 per piece, including shipping.

c) slides in a plastic sleeve (no glass mounts). PLEASE indicate title of work, size, medium, year completed for each work. Mark top of slide.

- a 1-2 paragraph typewritten description of your experience with migraines

The information you provide about your experience with migraine will be used by the companies mentioned above in connection with this program only. Information provided for this submission will not otherwise be distributed or shared with any third parties without your permission.
