The National Academy of Professional Plein air Painters is accepting registration for Summer Class in 2002 which will be held in Bar Harbor, Maine. Classes will be conducted May 22nd through June 15th, Wednesday to Saturday of each week. Artists who register for more than one 4 day class may stay over between sessions and practice their techniques. Classes offered will be directly contingent upon interest.
CLASSES Lineups:
1st Session - The Basics - Various Subject Matter, May 22-25 inclusive
2nd session - The Land/Mountain and Atmosphere, May 29-June 1 inclusive
3rd Session - The Sea en plein air June 5-8t inclusive
4th Session - The Figure en plein air June 12-15 inclusive
These classes are designed to work specifically on those areas
on which each student needs to improve his/her skills.
Painter who is committed to his or her own
artistic growth and is willing to engage in an intensive
study of the fundamentals of outdoor painting are sure to benefit from this type of instruction.
The subjects of the courses will vary each week.

Tuition:
$440 per student for each 4 day class
$350 to audit the class or accompany a student.
A hotels and rooms list will be made available for students with room rates etc.
