After the tragic events of 911 people all over the world felt compassion for those involved. Many turned to their creative expression to help in the healing process. Operation Healing is a collection of artwork and heartfelt messages made by children and adults around the country and internationally.
The show includes work by individuals who participated in art therapy workshops at CMA directly following 911, as well as work from community organizations, schools, and individuals who wanted to send their messages of peace and hope to the children of New York City.
