"Body Language and E-Motion: Jacqueline Ditt und Mario Strack"
2002-09-14 until 2003-04-30
Universal Arts Galerie Studio
Munich, , DE Germany

The exhibition is called "Bodylanguage". Bodylanguage is the most important resource for individuals to communicate. A child uses it before it can speak any word and also adults can not suppress it because its initiated by intuition. Attitude, gesture and miming can be used for self-representation or erotic signs without any word.

The Videoclips "E-Motion" and "Amaryllis" by Mario Strack are shown at the studio. In "E-Motion" M. Strack acts as a photographer and as his own model, his topic is also bodylanguage, and so he performs motion, gesture and theatralic poses. The resulting stills from this photosession are digitally manipulated and mounted as a videostream, illustrating his new song. In "Amaryllis" the similar named pot-plant becomes a star.

universal arts Galerie Studio was founded in 1993 as a concept of "artists doing the marketing themselves". This means, the artists Jacqueline Ditt and Mario Strack are running there own gallery as well as a multimedia-production-studio. The place is open to visitors all over the year. Presentation of painting and audiovisual mediaart form a unity that is essential for their universal artconcept.
