The Museum of Modern Greek Art of the City of Rhodes presents, for the second year in a row, the art organization MoTeR at its Centre of Contemporary Art. The exhibition hosts 21 contemporary Greek and foreign artists. The leading group exhibition of the 21 artists is followed by their solo exhibitions. (1+ 21 exhibitions). Every other Saturday (except Christmas and Easter holidays), a new exhibition commences while, during all that time, a series of educational programmes, lectures, meetings of the artists with the public and parallel cultural events will take place.

Within 330 days of continuous art, painting, sculpture and photography or even installations, video and digital art will be presented.

MoTeR2 attempts to set the invisible threads which connect such diverse artworks (means, material, artistic theory and practice). With no subject unity. With the idea of an artistic manifesto that is born on Rhodes island, MoTeR desires to include the young artists on the map of art and desires to honor the ones that are already there… Connections with artists from all over Greece are established, while, simultaneously, artists that live in Rhodes and have already presented their work in MoTeR1 or have become new members of the team are presented.
