Majority Rules! is a two-part exhibition at the Free Gallery in Glasgow, Scotland offering an innovative curatorial strategy: the audience decides what gets shown in the gallery.
The first exhibition, which opened in June of 2002, featured a slide show available both in the gallery and online of 357 works by artists from over 25 countries gathered through an open call for submissions. Several thousand votes later, the 12 pieces with the highest number of votes are shown in the second exhibition at the Free Gallery, opening on October 26th and on view until November 23rd, 2002.

one of the eleven artists chosen for the exhibition at the
Free Gallery in Glasgow, Scotland. His acrylic on canvas painting, "Bambine della Mezzanotte" (Midnight's
Children), was selected by the public from a selection of 357 art pieces
