"Call for Artists: 2003 Arab Festival Design Competition"

The Arab Center of Washington has hosted the Arab Festival since 1999 at the Seattle Center. The Arab Festival is part of the FESTAL program that encompasses many different festivals throughout the year. This year the Arab Center is looking for a fresh look for their program guides, T-shirts, and posters.
WHAT:
Design for the Arab Festival that is fresh and easy to recognize. Artists can each provide up to three different entries. A $100 honorarium will be paid and due credit will be provided on all printed materials to the artist selected.

ENTRY:
Postmarked entries are due by December 15, 2002. Send up to three entries and annotated sheet of current work, resume/bio and a SASE. For the proposed design include poster layout, T-shirt (front and back) images and program ideas.
SELECTION:
Artists will be contacted if selected. Please include daytime and evening phone number, and e-mail if available.
