"Call for Artists:Mercer Island Veteran's Recognition Project"

The Ctiy of Mercer Island is seeking an artist, landscape architect, or
design team to create and install an outdoor, site-specific work to honor
the veterans of the U.S. armed forces. The work must enhance the site in
Mercerdale Park, as well as serve as a reminder to visitors of the
sacrifices that veterans of all wars have made. The objective of the work
is to acknowledge the significant contributions veterans have made to
maintaining the quality of life we in the United States enjoy.
