GRACE Heritage’s 2003 US-ASEAN Film, Video and Photography Festival is a celebration of artists who have creatively and boldly captured the beauty of Southeast Asian American (ASEAN) lifestyle and ASEAN culture. The festival is open to artists of all nationalities to promote cultural awareness as well as US/ASEAN relations. There is no need to polish off that passport. Photography and film submissions can be centered on ASEAN American lifestyle, culture, cuisine, history or profiles.

Winners of the awards are announced at the gala dinner in the heart of Washington, DC. The ASEAN embassies have graciously provided cultural performances to perform at the gala dinner. The gala provides a unique privilege where entrants and sponsors are able to meet with fellow photographers, mingle with US Senators and representatives from Congress with interests in US foreign relations, executives from US companies who have interests in the ASEAN community and Ambassadors of each ASEAN country.
