Para/Site Art Space Ltd. is looking for a suitable candidate to be the organization's Administrative Executive. The individual must be a university graduate; have experience in running small-scale or charity organizations; possess knowledge of computer; have a good command (both spoken & written) of Chinese and English;
be able to handle administrative and office work independently; have an interest in art and culture. The position requires the candidate to work irregular hours. The salary rage could be classified as average.
Para/Site are a local non-profit making art space funded by Hong Kong Art Development Council. They are dedicated to promoting the arts in Hong Kong, through organizing exhibitions, exchanges, art criticism classes, seminars and publishing quarterly P/S magazines. This year will be the second year running in representing Hong Kong at the Vennice Biennale. Recent exhibitions include, A time like this?? (2003), Diamond & Rust (2003), Did you know that Hong Kong was still last night? (2003), Housewarming (2003), and Art Supermarket (2002).
