The Arkansas Arts Center, Decorative Arts Museum's 31st Annual Toys Designed by Artists Exhibition will be held November 28, 2003 to January 11, 2004. Entries will be accepted until September 29th, 2003. The competition includes Purchase Awards totalling $2500 and cash prizes for University and College Art Departments with the best showing of work. Each artist may submit 2 toy entries.
