"Rosemarie Fiore: Solo Exhibition"
2004-01-09 until 2004-02-09
Plus Ultra Gallery
Brooklyn, NY, USA United States of America

Plus Ultra Gallery is very pleased present the first New York solo exhibit by Rosemarie Fiore, featuring Fiore's newest twist in her ongoing exploration of violence, technology, and war imagery in artmaking with a series of ceramic landscapes of imagined roadrunner episodes in which the coyote actually succeeds in killing the cartoon protagonist.

A collaboration between artist Joshua Stern and independent curator Ed Winkleman, Plus Ultra Gallery began as a ground-floor gallery near the corner of South 1st and Roebling Streets in May 2001. Still committed to their initial goal of offering a space in which artists can realize experimental, well-produced projects, they are expanding their mission to include representing artists as a commercial gallery.
