Pacific Prints 2004 is a distinguished original print competition for the Pacific states. This 12th biennial exhibition is presented by the Pacific Art League. Founded in 1921, the Pacific Art League is a community art center located in downtown Palo Alto, CA. It has two exhibition spaces and offers art classes to both adults and children. The Pacific Art League seeks to promote and encourage artists and to foster support for arts in the community.

Open to printmakers residing in California, Pacific Mexican states, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska and British Columbia. All entries must be original prints, produced by traditional techniques, hand pulled by the artist. Prints may include digital and photographic processes, but only as subordinate additions to a traditionally produced original print. Photographs and mechanically reproduced prints (offset litho, Giclée, iris prints, etc.) will not be permitted. Due to limited display space, books are ineligible.
