Zeger Reyers (b. 1966) is undoubtedly one of The Hague’s most remarkable installation artists and one who always aims to achieve a psychological impact. He has won acclaim with installations in which he covers the interior of spaces with living fungi or moulds. For his latest installation Aqua Boogie he intends to flood the most low-lying of the GEM’s exhibition spaces with water.
