This fall, Hollywood’s Gallery Domingo will presents Joshua Elias: Just Visiting. The first exhibition of new oil paintings by Joshua Elias opens on Saturday, September 18th, 2004 and continues through September 30th. Gallery Domingo is a “roaming” gallery based on relationships and events, rather than the typical bricks and mortar approach. Elias' abstract oil paintings are each filled with rich colors, contemplative forms and a good story.
This solo exhibition features his new series of long, sweeping, horizontal paintings, including his first five-piece work entitled, Rumors. This Los Angeles based artist has been featured recently in Angeleno Magazine, Interior Design Magazine and California Home and Design. The Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica, CA commissioned the artist to create the double-sided abstract painting which is hanging in their lobby.
