"Call fro Artists: Photographers Asked to Submit for The Fusion Project"

Artists are asked to photograph their own skins and participate in the Diciembre Aguilar Skin of Skins. The Fusion Project site was created to summon the public in generral to participate, in a direct way, inthe interactive installation project. The artists designed this project to exhiited in several countries and festivals around the world. One part of this exhibition will be carried out for the first time in November 2004 at the Barcelona Contemporary Cultural Center
in the INternational Festival: Barcelona Contemporary Art.
Fusion Project installation invites all interested participants to donate photographs and text for the canvas-mosaic Skin of Skins and used clothing and accessories for the sculpture Under Skin.
This installation project is the fusion of two proposals: Skin of Skins by Diciembre Aguilar and Under Skin by Martin Renteria. Both projects are based on the classical extremes of skin, naked and dressed. From an original perspective and deep reflection, this Fusino Project explores from the most intimate, personal and psychological sides of the skin, to the most external, indiscreet and social.
