"Members Artists Exhibition to Include Maria Angelo"

The Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes is hosting it's annual Members Group Exhibition from December 9 until December 30. The show will feature recent works creared by the members. Included in the exhibions is Maria Angelo, who initiated her artistic life as an autodidacta, and later attended the school of arts in Lisbon, escola "Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes".
Angelo had her first private exhibition in 1995, and since then, has taken part in several exhibitions - collectives and solos. She is now represented in several private collections, as well as at "Culturanjos", Junta da Freguesia dos Anjos, where Maria Angelo has had two private exhibitions, and where she is also represented.
Angelo traveled to Canada earlier this year to have her first private exhibition, which displayed over 35 of her works, outside of Portugal.
