"The Handwriting of the Artist: Work by Marcus van Soest"

From January 8 till January 27 / 2005 a resounding exhibition will be held in Pulchri Studio at the lange Voorhout in The Hague. The colourful and bizarre paintings of in the Dutch Art-Painter Marcus van Soest will be presented in a prominent manner at the Voorhout Gallery for the exhibition entitiled "Handwriting of the Artist".

Part of the exhibition will exist of works he created this summer in France as well as paintings he created before and after that period with subjects in which he especially interprets the crazyness surrounding him, frequently depicted in a humoristic manner. In 1998, Marcus van Soest won the Van Ommeren - the Voogt award, one of the awards which is distributed in Pulchri studio.
