Galerie Vee launches INTENSELY CONTEMPORARY : Works by four outstanding emerging U.S. artists, Greg Fidler, Pablo De Soto, William Couig, Takuya Tokizawa; all considered ‘highly talented’ by some of the great names in studio glass art in the United States. Intensely Contemporary presents groupings of deceptively simple handblown studio glass art vessels. Highly innovative and sleek designs are executed with exceptional skill and accuracy in suitably contemporary colors.

Designs seek the future whilst still hinting at the past as traditional Venetian glass forms are translated into contemporary style.

These functional glass art works ignite contemporary energy, merging art and life: LifeArt by Galerie Vee. Be Inspired.

Galerie Vee is the only gallery in HK with a focus on functional art, or LifeArt, as we call it. As a result, the type of work we show is refreshingly different than all the other galleries in HK. The gallery itself is different in appearance and in philosophy. Education is a very important part of the gallery philosophy and action. Our director Ms Vanessa Lee Taub dedicated to raise the awareness of studio glass art (a passion of her) as well as the level of studio glass art in Hong Kong and china. The gallery does also carry ceramics and lighting. In the future we will also have unique furniture art pieces.
