"Call for Artists: The Sacred Art Exhibition... 2005"

The Sacred Art Exhibition is an Annual Event in the Bloomfield Community. Artist are asked to submit pieces that explore their interpretation of The Sacred. All mediums are accepted. All interpretations, both traditional and nontraditional, are considered. The arts enable contact with The Sacred on an intimate level. By creating, The Sacred is manifested by the hands and a new life is brought into existence. Come to our community and explore this intriguing cultural event! The Sacred Art Exhibition is looking forward to a successful 9th year.

This year, The Sacred Art Exhibition expands to Moxie Da DA Gallery. Artist may submit entries to either or both galleries!  Contact us with any questions!

Reuirements:  Submit a maximum of 3 entries to be considered and an Artist Statement describing your interpretation of The  Sacred. Slides, photos and digital files are accepted.  

Fee:  $10. per entry. Commission is 35% on work sold.   (All work must be for sale.)

Deadline for Entries: May 1, 2005 (post marked)

Notification:  May 31, 2005

Work must be received:   June 1, 2005 - June 25, 2005 and during Gallery Hours

Public Reception: Saturday, July 2nd, 2005 from 6 PM - 9 PM
