"Janinebean Gallery Shows Works by International Artists"

Janinebean Gallery based in Berlin,Germany is formed by a group of fine artists who are currently working to develope an innovative exhibition concept which reflects the various means of artistic expression and experiences of the individual artists. Currently the Janinebean Gallery is an online gallery, which presents its first group show from May 6 to May 20, 2005 in Berlin at the cultural center Berlin"Moskau".

A group exhibition with Karsten Krause/Germany, Sebstian Heiner/Germany, Mirko Tzotschew/Bulgaria/Germany, Scott Weiner/USA, Corinna Weiner (winner of the big art prize Berlin)/Germany, Pavel Forman/Czech Republic, Jumping Bean/Germany, Micos Meininger/Germany and special guests.

The work by the artists of the gallery will be presented in a 450 square metre exhibition hall. With readings, which are part of the Potsdam Literature Festival, and performances by visiting artists the exhibition constitutes an alternative to conventional exhibition concepts. The gallery plans to show the entire exhibition via web cam. An exhibition catalogue will be published.

Jumping Bean, founder of janinebeangallery, has exhibited in Germany the US and the Czech Rep. In her images an internal world is opened, from which sensitive figures come out.

Corinna Weiner, appraiser at the Berlin Academy of the Arts, brings up for discussion in her strong paintings - Force, which is interpreted with multilayered forms.

Sebastian Heiner presetns large format works, inspired from his work stay in China. His abstract paintings connect physical action with poetic color themes.

Karsten Krause shows Vision of Berlin which searches after apparent invisable characters in the urban space.

The American painter Scott Weiner samples concrete observations with abstract musical structures.

The Czech artists Pavel Forman travels in the story and combines Russian Soldiers with Pop-Art elements.

Mirko Tzotschew photographs provokative actions in the public areas that criss-cross the city.
