"Call for Artists: Inside is Outside, Outside is Inside"

The ARTPOINTS Team and creators of the Art-Communication Event in 2002 are organizing a digital art and multi-media gathering for ALL creative artists, starting on 15 August 2005 in the Portuguese Algarve. The idea is to build all together an ephemerical architecture, based on projection and light materials, to serve as "draft" for an art centre and museum to be build later on.

Short description:

A temporary intervention by Aguila in the landscape, making the idea of a dynamic, interactive museum concrete in the form of ephemerical architecture by multimedia installations. The site is situated at the river Guadiana in the Portuguese Algarve and the event, organized by the cultural non-profit foundation Ciudad del Hombre, takes place during Summer - Autumn 2005 (15/08 to 15/10).

Aguila invites all artists, architects, landscape architects, installators, land art artists, multimedia artists, sculptors, artists in general, students and other interested individuals or entities, that would be interested in ANY way, to participate in this creative event."

The event is open for whatever creative proposal to participate in the creation of this ephemerical architecture.

Everybody is welcome.

A final exhibition with digital art is planned in Castro Marim at the end of the event. Participation is free. Inscription fee: 30 Euros.
