"I often get asked why I show most of my figures from the back, and not in profile or full face. The face tells an immediate story, but seen from the back, the mystery about the person is not so easily revealed. " States the artist.

Karin Weber Antiques and Fine Art Gallery is located in the vibrant SoHo area of Hong Kong, close to the mid-levels escalator. Small Restaurants serving international cusine vie with old fashioned shops selling fruit and vegetables, herbal medicines and newly opened Art Galleries and Life Style shops.

The Gallery showcases fine late Qing Dynasty antique furniture in an 'at home' ambience and you will find the friendly owner and her team knowledgeable and helpful. The majority of pieces are left with their original patina intact with just a final matt beeswax polish. We are happy to discuss and explain the various refinishing options available. Karin Weber's aim is to offer the best quality furniture at fair prices.

The Art Gallery organises six new exhibitions per year showing works by established and young & upcoming Asian artists, working in oil, acrylic, watercolor and mixed media. They have works available from all the Artists they represent.
