This is for an exhibition for Women's week in Lowell, Massachusetts in the US in March 2006 at the Ayer Lofts Art Gallery, a small volunteer-run gallery. This year's theme is "Women, Men, Masculine, Feminine". This will be our 6th year putting on a show. The organization in past years have had amazing submissions from Europe, from NYC, form art schools and lone artists across the U.S.

December 30, 2005 submission deadline
¨Artists may submit up to four slides.
¨Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope large enough for your slides so we may return them to you.
¨There is a $10 non-refundable fee for the first slide and $5 each for up to 3 additional slides. Checks should be made payable to Mandy Shear.
¨Slides must be accompanied by the completed submission form on the reverse of this flyer.
¨Slides should be labeled with the following information: artist's name, title of work, dimensions, and a mark indicating the top of the image
¨Work submitted should not measure more than 4’x 4’ or weigh more than 30 lbs.
¨All work must be ready to be displayed (e.g. framed and/or ready to be hung with wire).
¨All work is subject to review for inclusion in the show (we have a 3-member jury).
¨Liability for art work will be the artist’s responsibility. Artists whose work is selected will be asked to sign an insurance waiver.
¨The gallery receives a 25% commission on any work sold during the show via the gallery or web site (commissions on any web site sales until September 25, 2006).
¨Accepted works must be brought to the gallery by February 24, 2005 and must be picked up no later than March 26, 2006.
