"Call for Artists: Project Creo = Center for Art and Design"

Project Creo: Center for Art and Design at the Arts Center St. Petersburg, is seeking video artists for possible inclusion in an exhibition entitled X-ing. The exhibition will run from May 5 - 26, 2006, with an opening reception on May 13. Project Creo presents thematically based exhibitions of contemporary artwork using new technologies. The exhibition will focus on video artists who are interested in producing work related to choices and options at the "crossroads". The metaphoric crossroads is a place full of possibility - both positive and negative - depending on which path is chosen.

Only video based works will be considered for this exhibition.

No Entry Fee for Submissions

Deadline to submit proposals: January 15, 2006

Proposal must contain the following information:
- Current artist resume, including: address, phone number, email, and general artist statement
- CD/DVD of recent or proposed video work. Please include a detailed description
If the proposed artwork is incomplete:
- SASE for returnable materials
