The deadline to register to enter John Moores 24 exhibtion of contemporary painting is fast approaching. First prize is £25,000 and there are four other prizes of £2,500 each. This year's exciting jury comprises of Sir Peter Blake (artist), Tracey Emin (artist), Jason Brooks (former John Moores prizewinner), Ann Bukantas (curator, Walker Art Gallery), Andrea Rose (director of visual art, British Council).

The deadline to register to enter is 17 February 2006 - just a month away!
