"Acción restringida (Restricted action) Works by José Castillo"

This show is the result of an exercise elaborated from an Stephane Mallarme's essay titled "the restricted action", being originally a work for a poetry exercise, at this time is used to paint, and consists to the following: A semantic field for each one of the series settles down; and the exercise is create and work the image then leave her, so that the image (poetry) “be”; from this way the paint result in a universal image.
The first serie: are landscapes; the semantic field is the emptiness and silence, from those two words images are created, like visual poetry, this serie are titled "memory of silence" and this accompanied by an journalist Francisco Rojas's text .
The second serie: they are engraving; the semantic field is the atmosphere, the negative space (what it is not), for that reason the drawn plants are almost realistic, but, the poetic play at this is “the atmosphere”, which is not plant, is titled "wild diary" and it complements a poem of Luis Armenta writer.
The third and last serie: are leaves seen close up or through a microscope; the semantic field is the light, the shadow that causes that the light exists, the leaf -a guarded excuse- to paint the light through its shades, is titled "that light, the shadow" that is also a play of that light astonishes it and also has a text written by the poet Jorge Esquinca.
